DIGIZON STD is developed as a place-shifter, and DIGIZON PVR is integrated as a place-shifter and time-shifter. Viewing the remote TV, users can record the content instantly or on a schedule. The full digital recording features enable users to record the favorite video content or TV programs in the external USB hard disk drive (FAT32 format). Users can playback the recorded content anywhere and anytime. (This VOD function is optional). Utilizing H.264 compression technology, it saves 75% storage space to be compared with MPEG-2. Imaging that you live in Paris with kids, and your parents are in New York. You input your home video to DIGIZON PVR and record as the H.264 video files. Then your parents can watch your home video remotely whenever they miss their grandsons and granddaughters. It is fantastic!!
